BHVS NARAYANA MURTHY

Dr. B.H.V.S. Narayana Murthy is a distinguished defence scientist with over three decades of experience in cutting-edge avionics technologies for aerospace and defence applications. A visionary leader, he retired as Director General (Missiles & Strategic Systems), DRDO, in 2023, having played a pivotal role in advancing India's indigenous defence capabilities

Dr. Murthy holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from REC, Warangal, an M.Tech from JNTU, Hyderabad, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from IIIT, Hyderabad. He began his illustrious career with DRDO in 1986, contributing significantly to national defence through advanced R&D.

His achievements have been recognized with prestigious awards, including the ‘DRDO Scientist of the Year’ and ‘Agni Award for Excellence in Self-Reliance.’ Dr. Murthy is a Fellow of the Indian National Academy of Engineering (INAE) and the Computer Society of India.

As an advisor to TCFL, Dr. Murthy brings unparalleled expertise in technology innovation, strategic systems development, and organizational leadership, guiding initiatives that drive transformative change across sectors.

Dr. Pudi Hariprasad is a seasoned professional with expertise in civil engineering, finance, and management. With a distinguished career spanning the Indian Railways and AP Power sector as Director Finance, he has made significant contributions to national projects, including import substitution of locomotives under ‘Make in India’ at DLW.

Dr. Hariprasad holds a Ph.D. in Management from Andhra University and multiple degrees, including an MBA in Finance and Marketing, a B.Tech in Civil Engineering, and an LLB. He has also completed executive education at Harvard Kennedy School in evidence-based policy design

A dynamic leader with expertise in finance, strategy, stakeholder engagement, and developmental economics, Dr. Hariprasad’s selection as an empaneled Joint Secretary to the Government of India adds to his laurels. His multi-disciplinary skills and vast experience bring exceptional value to TCFL’s initiatives in infrastructure and policy-driven projects.

Dr. Subba Rao Pavuluri, a technologist and entrepreneur, has dedicated over four decades to advancing India’s space and defense capabilities. A former ISRO scientist, he founded Ananth Technologies Limited (ATL) in 1993, spearheading the indigenization of advanced avionics for ISRO and Indian defense sectors. Under his leadership, ATL has supplied critical systems for 98 satellites and 78 launch vehicles and established India's first private assembly, integration, and testing facilities for satellites and launch vehicles.

As Chairman and Managing Director of ATL, Dr. Rao oversees a team of 1,600 skilled professionals across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Thiruvananthapuram. He is a recipient of the Aryabhatta Award and the Distinguished Fellow title from the Aeronautical Society of India, recognizing his lifetime contributions to astronautics. His vision extends to leveraging satellite communication for diverse applications, driving innovation in India's aerospace landscape.

Major General SBK Singh serves as the Director General of Resettlement under the Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare, Ministry of Defence, India, a role he assumed on December 1, 2023.

An alumnus of the National Defence Academy and the Indian Military Academy, he was commissioned into the Regiment of Artillery in June 1989. Major General Singh’s career reflects his dedication to national security and his unwavering commitment to the welfare of ex-servicemen.

Katikala Venkat Rao is a seasoned Indian Civil Servant with extensive experience in financial management, budgeting, accounting, auditing, and ethics governance. His diverse career spans key roles in defense finance, government accounting, and international assignments, including serving with the United Nations Peacekeeping Forces in Lebanon.

He played a pivotal role in developing India’s Aadhaar project, contributing to the world’s largest biometric ID system. Currently, as Integrated Financial Advisor, he oversees strategic financial management for critical government initiatives.

With a background as an agriculturist, Mr. Rao holds key skills in strategy, financial planning, and stakeholder engagement. His commitment to sustainable reforms and cultural understanding enhances his multifaceted approach to governance and innovation.

Midasala Nageswara Rao is a distinguished expert in agriculture and rural development with over three decades of experience. A native of Zarugumalli, Prakasam District, Andhra Pradesh, he holds a degree in Agriculture from Agriculture College, Bapatla, and a postgraduate specialization in Horticulture from the Indian Agriculture Research Institute, New Delhi.

Mr. Rao served in NABARD for 32 years, excelling in project finance, institutional development, corporate planning, and marketing. Retiring as Chief General Manager, he remains a key contributor to rural and agricultural advancements in India.
